Meet the Artist

Madeline Walker Zeikus (she/they) is a visual artist and illustrator in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Working in both traditional and digital media she enjoys creating surreal portraits and figures which often represent themes of fantasy, folklore and queer identity.

She attended Colorado State University and earned her Bachelors of Arts in Art Education with a studio concentration in Painting. While working as a public school art teacher, Madeline also earned her Masters in Illustration from the Academy of Art University.

When not in the studio, you will find Madeline enjoying the Colorado mountains with her wife and their three dogs.
